Controllable through the digital display, the temperature is extremely accurate to 0.1 of a degree and can be adjusted by 0.1 of a degree too. The incubator comes factory set at 37.5 degrees which is the correct temperature for poultry. As this incubator is fan assisted, the air is blown around the incubator eliminating cold spots whilst maintaining a nice even temperature throughout the incubation period.
